Relief Management

How does it work? 

We will take an individual approach to your business - "one size does not fit all".  Just as every customer is different, so is every business.  We'll work with you to determine any specific requirements; generally this is how it would work for relief management:

  1. You tell us what you need done while you’re away.  We will document it in a service contract.
  2. We'll send you a handover guide to fill out prior to our arrival - this will tell us any quirky things we need to know about
  3. We come to you, and meet with you for a brief hand over period - usually the day before you leave.  We can live in your accommodation or stay on site in our motorhome (8 mtrs)
  4. You can confidently run away for your well earned break - relax ... we've got your back :)
  5. We undertake all agreed tasks and report back to you as and when you need it
  6. On your return, we de-brief and update you on all aspects of our stay
  7. We provide you with a GST invoice/s for payment.

Our Pricing 

We'd be happy to discuss your requirements and can tailor our services to your budget.   What we'll need to know:

  • Number of rooms / units or apartments
  • Office open hours and after hour requirements
  • Do you have staff?
  • Do you have a swimming pool or provide other recreational activities?
  • Do we need to cater or prepare breakfasts?
  • Do we need to manage conferences/meeting room bookings/run a shop?
  • Any public holidays or events while you are away
  • Is your business for sale?  Are you a management rights situation (body corp)?

Our minimum daily rate is $200 per day (ex GST).  We are self employed contractors responsible for our own leave, ACC, insurance and taxes.  We are GST registered and will provide a tax invoice for payment. Contracts less than two weeks are invoiced at the end of a contract. For contracts longer than 14 days, progress invoices will be given prior to commencement for weekly payments by direct credit, with final payment when final figures are known on completion of contract.    

We are available for short term contracts (minimum 1 week). Depending on your location and date of coverage required - travel expenses and public holiday surcharges may be incurred.
